Juan Carlos Alfaro Guzman, of Manassas, was being held on one count of rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of object sexual penetration, Prince William County police said.
His Nov. 17 arrest comes after a series of incidents at a home in Manassas, from September 2020 through November 2023, county police said.
"The investigation revealed the victim, who was under the age of 16 at the time of the offenses, was sexually assaulted on more than one occasion during the above timeframe by the accused," police said.
Guzman and the victim knew each other, police said. He was being held without bond.
